The EVCI product is split into three modular product options, "Standard Control", "Advanced Optimization" and "Flexibility Services".

"Standard control" contains everything required to safely operate a site, e.g. fuse protection, DSO signalling and peak shaving. "Advanced optimization" builds on "Standard Control" and contains features that are help optimize the site further. "Flexibility Services" deals with aggregation of sites to trade energy on energy market.


System requirements

  • Supported EVCS and its firmware.

  • Supported grid connection point meters.

  • Router must be compatible with at least 100BASE-TX, IEEE 802.3 Clause 25.

  • DHCP server capability with static leases.

  • Integrated LTE modem recommended.

  • A managed switch is recommended.

  • Switch must be compatible at least to 100BASE-TX, IEEE 802.3 Clause 25, better 1000BASE-T, IEEE 802.3. Clause 40.

  • All components must be in the same subnet.

  • In the subnet, a single DHCP server should be present (optimally integrated in the router).

  • For fiber optic connections, SFP slots equipped with compatible fiber optic modules are required.

  • Internet connection: minimum 10 Mbit/sec.
