§14a transparency information in Mobile/Web App

The Mobile/Web App displays information for the user in case of an active limitation of power consumption as well as the info about the assets that are relevant in accordance with §14a.

If a power consumption limit is received from the DSO and is currently active, a message box is displayed in the system performance tile on the dashboard to inform the user about the current restrictions on controllable consumption assets and provide more info about the legal background as well as the implications for the user.

Assets page

The assets page shows which assets are marked as relevant for §14a as well as the EEBus connection status if assets use the EEBus protocol. The information is read only, because the user is not able to alter the information and thus remove §14a relevant assets from the list of controllable assets.

Push notifications

In the account page of the Mobile App the user can subscribe to push notifications about §14a limitations on their mobile device. In case of limitations sent by the DSO the app notifies the user about the following events:

  • A new limitation was sent by the DSO, received by the gridBox and is currently applied

  • A change of the value of a limitation was applied by the DSO

  • The limitation was ended by the DSO
