2. Access the charging station settings
Open a web browser and navigate to the INCH Duo web portal at
https://[chargerIP]orhttps://[chargerserial].localLog in with the web portal credentials
3. Enable communication via Modbus
By default, Modbus ports are disabled on the INCH Duo for security reasons. You need to enable them to allow the gateway to communicate with the charging station.

FAQ
Why isn't the charging station appearing in the Xenon Dashboard?
Check that the charging station is connected via Ethernet and that both Modbus communication options are enabled in the web portal under Connectivity → Smart home/building connectivity. Restart the gateway and wait for the network scan to complete.
How do I update the firmware of the charging station?
You can perform the update through the Etrel web portal.
For detailed update instructions, refer to the official Etrel documentation.
What are the factory default login credentials?
The factory default credentials are:
Username: [email protected]
Password: toor
Change the default password after your first login to secure the device.
What if I have forgotten the password?
Perform a factory reset on the device to restore the original factory state. Refer to the manufacturer's documentation for reset instructions.
Why do I need to disable Smart power management?
The INCH Duo's built-in smart power management conflicts with the gateway's energy management system. Disabling it ensures the gateway can control the charging output according to the energy optimization settings.
What is the fallback current and how should I set it?
The fallback current is the maximum charging current the INCH Duo uses if communication with the gateway is lost. Set it to a value that complies with your installation's electrical specifications and local regulations.
